New cloud accounts can start a 14-day trial or choose Personal with 1 GiB of cloud storage. Sign in to the latest Mac app and open Settings → Account & Subscription. Existing Beta users retain their current cloud access and quota; opening this page does not start a subscription.
Personal covers Apple silicon Macs running macOS 12 or later and iPhone/iPad running iOS/iPadOS 26 or later. Chrome and Edge companion extensions require the Mac app. Web Vault remains a separate beta and is not included in the paid promise.
The 14-day trial started in the Mac app requires no payment card and does not automatically charge. An App Store introductory trial follows the terms Apple shows before purchase and automatically renews unless canceled. Eligibility is determined by Apple.
Personal renews automatically each month or year according to your selected billing interval until canceled. For a Creem purchase, use the Customer Portal linked in your payment email to cancel future renewals. For a Paddle purchase, use the management link in your Paddle receipt. Contact support if you need help. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the current period ends. Deleting the app or your UniPass account is not a substitute for canceling the subscription.
Request full refunds within 14 calendar days of the initial payment or each renewal. After expiration or a refund, local reading, editing, autofill and export remain available; new cloud writes stop. Existing cloud data will remain retrievable for at least 180 days unless you request deletion. See the refund policy.
UniPass is developed and operated by 上海洛克斯网络科技有限公司, under the Loxnet brand. Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for Personal subscriptions purchased through Creem. For purchases through Creem, it processes payments, issues invoices and handles applicable sales taxes. Its Buyer Terms apply. The seller and payment provider will be identified before payment and on your receipt; any purchase processed by Paddle remains subject to Paddle's terms.
