This UniPass Personal subscription policy is provided by 上海洛克斯网络科技有限公司 and applies to purchases through Creem.
1. A 14-day refund window
For monthly and annual Personal subscriptions, we offer a full refund when you request it within 14 calendar days of the initial payment or any renewal. You will not need to give a reason. This is an additional UniPass commitment, not a claim that a payment provider automatically guarantees every refund.
2. Requesting a refund
Contact business@loxnet.io with your order number and purchase email. For a Creem purchase, start with UniPass support; if an issue remains unresolved, you may contact Creem through the Customer Portal linked in your payment email or Creem support. For a Paddle purchase, use the support link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support. Never send your master password, Secret Key, recovery code or vault contents. For eligible requests, we will request a full refund through the provider that processed the original payment and stop further renewals of the refunded subscription. Creem processes refunds for Creem transactions; we do not refund those transactions by a separate bank transfer.
Refunds will normally return through the original payment method. Processing and bank arrival times depend on the original payment provider and your bank; we do not promise instant arrival.
3. Cancellation is different from a refund
Cancel before your next renewal using your receipt's subscription-management link, or contact support. Cancellation alone does not refund an existing charge and keeps paid access until the end of the current billing period. After the 14-day window, we do not routinely provide prorated refunds for unused time; mandatory rights and remedies for defects, duplicate charges or unauthorized payments remain unaffected.
4. Your data remains yours
When a refund takes effect, the paid cloud entitlement ends. Local reading, editing, autofill and export remain available. We will provide at least 180 days to retrieve existing cloud data after access expires or is refunded, unless you request deletion. A refund request does not delete your vault. Deleting a UniPass account does not by itself cancel recurring billing.
5. Consumer rights and the seller of record
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or a more favorable protection applicable to your purchase. Purchases processed by Creem also follow its Buyer Terms, including applicable withdrawal rights. Purchases processed by Paddle follow its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. The seller is identified at checkout and on your receipt. Sections 1–3 cover UniPass website subscriptions only; for App Store purchases, see section 6.
6. App Store purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple. UniPass cannot issue refunds for them and does not see your payment details. To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides under its own policies, and the 14-day commitment in section 1 does not apply. To stop renewals, open your Apple Account's Subscriptions in Settings on your iPhone or iPad; deleting your UniPass account does not cancel an App Store subscription. When Apple issues a refund, the cloud entitlement ends and section 4 applies.
